If you need to measure your wrist size, be sure to make the measuring tape snug and not loose. I will be sure to add on some beads so you will be able to get the bracelet over your hand :)
Refunds are only offered if the product arrives damaged. If you would like a refund on the damaged product, send me a picture of the damaged product, requesting a refund and I will go ahead and issue you that refund.
