SIZING: There is a total of 3 different print sizes that a customer can choose from:

4 x 6

8.5 x 11 (Matte or Luster paper)

13 x 19

LUSTER VS MATTE: Luster photo paper has a slight gloss to it. Matte photo paper does not.

8.5 x 11 and 13 x 19 size photos will be carefully rolled and packaged in a tube to ensure that the print is not damaged during shipping. Setting heavy objects, such as books or a board on the print after unrolling it should help flatten it out.

4x6 size photos will be carefully packaged in a box since the size is much smaller than the 8.5x11 amd 13x19.
Refunds: If the print arrives damaged and you would like a refund, simply send me a picture of the damaged print with the request of a refund and I will go ahead and issue that refund.
